Welcome to my page! I am Chaotic Squishy but you can just call me Squishy!Do you have a favorite OC/character/OTP that you want drawn at acceptable prices? You’ve come to the right place! I am a self-taught digital artist who just so happens to draw anime and gaming characters. I am very easy to work with so please don’t be shy! My goal is to make sure your piece is the way you want it! All I ask in return are proper references, communication and, most importantly, your patience. All payments are made via PayPal.

{ Terms of Service }

I. GENERAL TERMS
* By choosing to commission me, you are agreeing to my terms of service* All drawings will include a watermark/signature which cannot and will not be removed* I, as the artist, reserve the right to reject or decline any commissions that violate my rules, terms of service, or personal beliefs* Prices are subjective to change depending on the complexity of commission description* Commission starting prices are fixedII. PAYMENT
* All payments must be made through PayPal. I will send an invoice with the total amount owed* Payments can be done in one of two ways: the commissioner may send the full amount up front OR pay the first half up front and pay the remaining amount after approval of rough sketches. A form of payment must be made before I start working on sketches and I must receive the full amount owed before the commission can be completed. For any further questions on payment arrangements, please contact meIII. PROCESS AND DELIVERY
* As the commissioner, you will receive WIPs and be asked for input based upon what could be changed (character appearance, gestures, backgrounds, etc.). Should there be no responses after 1 week, I will halt the commission process. After 1 month of attempted communication with no response, the commission will be canceled and the full amount will be refunded* When commissioned, there will be NO assigned deadlines. Some commissions may take longer than others to finish. As the artist, I require your patience and understanding. The commissioner may ask for updates on the commission* Should there be any concerns or emergencies that will affect my progress, you will receive an update. Again, your patience and understanding would be greatly appreciated* After completion, you will receive the finished product in a PNG formatIV. REVISIONS
* In the sketch phase, it is highly recommended that you communicate any changes you want implemented (expressions, poses, colors, etc.). The commissioner can make as many changes as they want so long as it is addressed during the sketch phase* Minor changes in the lineart phase may be granted. However, any major changes (poses, clothes, etc.) requested during this phase and onward will inhibit a $20 fee* Once the final product is posted, no more revisions can be madeV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, Chaotic Squishy, the artist, retain the rights to the finished commission and I am allowed to use the final product for:
* Promotional uses
* Portfolio submissions
* Publishments via online or print
* Online postings on social media unless discussed otherwise
* I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed uponThe commissioner may:
* Use the completed commission for personal uses* Print the completed commission and display it* Post the finished commission online so long as they give credit to the original artistThe following is considered copyright infringement if the commissioner:
* Reproduces commission commercially or sells it* Claims the artwork as their own* Removes or alters my signature/watermark in any way* Alters the commission without consent of the original artist* Uses finished commission OR sketches for AI purposesVI. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
As the artist, my mission is to make sure you're getting what you want the way you want it. I'm very flexible to work with so long as the following are met:
* Consistent communication
* Provide efficient references of characters, poses, backgrounds, etc.
* Patience and understandingI highly encourage all my future commissioners to ask questions if they are confused. If any problems or concerns arise, please contact me so we can work towards a solution. I want my commissioners to be happy with their product and I highly value and encourage honest and consistent communication. So long as you work with me, I'm more than willing to work with you.VII. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
* If for any reason I am unable to complete the commission, the commissioner will receive a full refund* The commissioner may retain the right to cancel the commission during the process phase if the product does not meet their standards OR if a compromise cannot be settled* Once the final product is posted, the commissioner can no longer opt for a refund* If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me againIf the commissioner has violated any of these points, they will lose the rights to the commissioned product made by the original artist, Chaotic Squishy. I retain the right to profit from any commissioned artwork in whatever way I see fit. For any questions about these statements, please contact me.
